Comprehensive Cultural Arts & Recreation Master Plan (2025–2035)
A long-term, action-focused framework guiding the growth, improvement and funding of parks, recreation and cultural programs across the community. The plan addresses population growth, changing recreation needs and reduced access to school-based facilities by strengthening the Cultural Arts & Recreation Department, expanding and upgrading parks, improving access in rural and underserved areas, and enhancing trails, greenways and community programs. Grounded in public input, facility assessments and state and national benchmarks, the plan emphasizes health, accessibility, partnerships and economic benefits, with phased recommendations to support inclusive, high-quality recreation over the next decade.
